For Live Arrival and Replacement Guarantee:
1. Shipment must include a heat pack when temperatures are below 45 degrees.
2. Dubias must be Held for Pickup at your local post office, regardless of weather.
3. Dubias must be picked up by next business day
4. We ship only when our overnight temperatures are above freezing and below 90 degrees at our end and yours.
Please be flexible on your ship date.
5. If there is a problem with your order upon arrival, you must inform us and send pictures within 2 hours of receiving your package.
6. Lost shipments and shipments that have excessive dead Dubias will be replaced at our discretion . Please keep in mind that all orders contain 10% more than ordered to compensate for normal numbers of shipping casualties. We do not refund the purchase price, we replace the insects. We will not replace shipments for orders with incorrect addresses submitted or if you have ordered the incorrect size. Please check the pictures of our sizes in the "Feeders" section to ensure that you are ordering the size you need.
